Before You Begin

Creating an Account
 IMPORTANT: You only need one account for ALL New Mexico Tourism Department Grants. Read more about user roles here (GO User Roles.pdf) before creating an account.

DO NOT CREATE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS.

To access a Grant Application you will need to create (or use an existing) account. This account will allow you to begin the application process, save your progress, preview and print your application. By creating an account you will also be able to access and apply for other New Mexico Tourism Department grants (subject to eligibility).

Please create an organization appropriate username and password that you will easily remember.
Username should be generic to your organization and only contain alphanumeric characters, i.e. upper and lower case letters and numbers, no special characters.
Password must be at least eight characters in length plus one number. Passwords should only contain alphanumeric characters, i.e. upper and lower case letters and numbers, no special characters.
To create your account please use the "Sign Up" link above. If you are already a registered user, click the "Log In" link.

FEIN Numbers
There is an ongoing issue with users inputting FEIN numbers that may be used by more that one organization. If you are attempting to input a FEIN number and recieve a "number in use" error just continue inputting your account information and leave the FEIN number field blank.


Applying for a Grant
Paper applications will not be accepted, you must complete the entire application online and submit digitally.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Allow ample time to complete the application in its entirety. Do not wait until the last minute to begin the process.

Technical Support
Technical support is defined as support for the function of the online grant application system. This includes creating an account, help with passwords, uploading documents, accessing the forms, etc.

IMPORTANT The New Mexico Tourism Department is not responsible for loss of data due to unstable Internet connections. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure their computer is in good working order and their browser supports the online application software.

Administrative Support
Administrative Support is defined as any question regarding the business process of the grant. This includes eligibility requirements, tax status requirements, creative requirements, timelines and due dates, workshops, reporting, etc.
